Voici quelques points à penser 🎯 Garde les pieds légèrement en avant lors de ton pull-up (position hollow) 🎯 PUSH BACK Repousse la barre pour retomber dans un HOLLOW et non en Deadhang sous la barre Voici quelques drills pour comprendre le PUSH BACK à HOLLOW 🔹 2 pieds sur boîte HOLLOW à PULL PUSH BACK Commence les bras tendus, le dos arrondi en position de hollow. Tire ton menton vers la barre en gardant une position de hollow. Push back à la position initiale 🔹2 pieds sur boîte ARCH/HOLLOW à PULL PUSH BACK Ajoute le arch. Prend une pause dans la position de hollow avant de tirer. En 1 mouvement tire et repousse tout de suite en hollow 🔹1 pied sur la boîte ARCH/HOLLOW PULL PUSH BACK La jambe qui est dans le vide doit rester devant toi en tout temps! GARDE TON HOLLOW! Retour du push back en hollow et rentre direct dans ton arch 🔹1 pied sur boîte ARCH/HOLLOW JUMP Ajoute un petit saut. If you rush the pull, you’re losing all the power of the kip before it even has a chance to work. 

Thats why you’ll hear me say, “Be patient in the pull” “Wait for your toes to come up” “Wait for your hips to move behind the bar” You have to be patient and travel up before you try to pull in

Watch this slowed down. When I’m patient, my toes rise higher while I stay in a strong hollow. That gives me height before the pull. 👉🏻Another big piece: My chest stays upright as I pull (sternum facing forward at contact). If you lose your hollow or lat engagement, you end up laid back with your chest to the ceiling, making it harder to string reps together and get high contact.

Try this complex to improve your kipping positional awareness ➡️ Chin over bar pull-up ➡️ Chest to bar ➡️ Ribs to bar Same kip. Different finish positions. You’re learn to control timing, not just yank harder.

It all comes from the hips🤫 The hips are often under looked when it comes to power. If I said do a vertical jump, you’d have no problem with using your hips to jump as high as possible, right? Same applies here. As you kick from arch into hollow, squeezing your glutes as you pull yourself up is going to give you more power. And power from hips = less fatigue in upper body = more reps👍🏼 And we all want more reps🙏 Save this tip & try it out. Le kipping, ce n’est pas juste “se balancer”. C’est un transfert de force, un timing et une intention. Tu dois créer de la tension dès le départ ! 🔑 5 tips pour un kipping solide : 1. Une bonne mobilité et un centre du corps solide sont essentiels pour maîtriser le kipping : travail ton gainage et ton ouverture thoracique 2. Saute en hollow pour attraper la barre : sollicite tes abdos et serre tes fesses avant même de toucher la barre. 3. Attrape la barre phalanges vers le plafond : ça t’oblige à rester actif et à avoir une meilleure prise sur la barre 4. Initiation du mouvement par les épaules : oublie les jambes qui fouettent, ce sont tes épaules et ton haut du corps qui lancent le mouvement. 5. Pues… NO solo es ineficiente, sino que te deja MAL posicionado para volver a la fase de kip y enlazar la siguiente repetición. ✅ CÓMO CORREGIRLO (rápido): Cuando tu barbilla supere la barra, busca la vertical: torso alineado, caderas neutras y pies más abajo (no forzar la L). Así te colocas en la mejor postura para soltar hacia hollow, conservar la energía del kip y encadenar repes sin perder ritmo. 👊🏼 🎯 Consejo final: prioriza la mecánica antes de buscar velocidad.
